I'm getting into the swing of exercising now I've managed to work out a way of listening to my music without risking headphone cord entanglement. A half-hour session is a lot easier now as a result 8). I'm now working out which songs are best to work out to (hehe) as my first selections have lacked a little something... a good beat, perhaps? It's all trial and error - nothing worse than trying to pump to something that's slightly too slow (if you'll forgive the expression) 8)
Sometimes though, I wonder why I bother - I was out on the beers again Tuesday night, and probably managed to undo all my good work for the week. But then again, going out isn't exactly commonplace so I won't worry about it too much...
