Ooh, whilst I remember - I've not seen a politician since Anne the other week. Daresay they've all gone into hiding, silly season as it is. Probably won't see any again till the next general election. (Curiously, I remember a line uttered by Gethin Price in Trevor Griffiths' play "The Comedians" regarding a crossword clue: "Big poll in China"). Ho hum.

We live in strange times, but someday I think we will look back on all of this and marvel at how crazy it was. God, I hope so. I sure wouldn't want this insanity to become the norm.
