This evening, I assembled THE

Posted at 12:36 AM on 1 July 2001

This evening, I assembled THE ORBITRAC, a big ole mean exercise machine. Strooth - it takes up half the front room. I had a go for a few minutes and burnt 20 calories, give or take (mainly give!). And then I relaxed with a nice cold beer. 8) Daresay I'll start exercising properly tomorrow.

Actually, my diet seems to be going quite well so far (did I mention I'd started a diet? Well, I have now...) - but the addition of increased exercise into the equation is welcome. I definitely "feel" less podgy than I did even one week ago, although I've not dared weigh myself yet. Maybe when I do "pluck up enough courage" (to quote Shakespeare, and avoid the cliche) I'll graph the results on this site as a motivator 8). Please feel free to badger me with supportive comments, I really do need them!

Hi Chris,
Hope your doing fine with your exercise and the ORBITRAC. I was just wondering if you can help me find a video or literature on how to properly use the Orbitrac... you know, I want to do this properly so I don't injure myself or waste valuable time and effort with no satisfactory result. I'd appreciate it if you can point me in the right direction or email address or URL for a video or instruction manual on thee Orbitrac's usage. Thanks and my regards.

Rene~

I saw an entry on your site on Sunday which said the pedal on your ORBITRAC had sheared off. My fathers machine has the same problem. Do you know of any suppliers for spare parts?
