Well, now that I've got-a-blog, I'd better (at least) have a go at using it. Ho hum. So where to start?
Funnily enough, I found an old diary that I used to keep, between the months of January to March 1992. It's the only time I've ever actually kept a record of what I'd gotten up to, and it was quite enlightening. Obviously, 95% of it was pointless, self-obsessed waffle - and because of my resolution to fill up an entire page for each day, this was exacerbated by sentences like, "If I write a few sentences like this then I'll reach the bottom of the page in no time at all... nearly there! Only a little bit further to go before I've filled the page", ad infinitum. But some of it was interesting, and so it eventually inspired me to get going, as it were.
I'm not going to bother introducing myself or what I do, you either know that already or you don't, and a potted history wouldn't help anyway. I'm not a soap opera, or if I was, it would be exceedingly dull. Something like "The Sullivans". So I'll probably muddle along for now and see how it turns out. Just don't expect anything much.
