Leepy in Luton

UPDATE - Steve suggested the wonderful "Leepy" (see his comment for more details) to replace the rather horrible "languid" (in Luton) of the original title. Thanks, Steve!

Well. It's supposed to be a kind of pun on "Sleepless in Seattle", but there are far fewer alliterative words that I can think of beginning with "L" that mean tired or sleepy. I say "far fewer", but what I really mean is "one". 8)

Eulalia has decided a really good sleeping pattern it to snooze and relax during the day, and wake up at night. And she likes to keep us awake such that we can keep her company. And it's all left me rather tired.

I hope we have a better night tonight, as it's up bright and early tomorrow... (only without the "bright" bit, I daresay. Well, not unless I've chronically overslept. And the sky is clear. But then it wouldn't be early. I'll get me coat...).

PS - Re. Pop Idol - Rosie was so gonna be voted off this week - it was the most off-key performance I've heard since the early rounds. A shame. Best this week was definitely Zoe, though - who also looked a million times better with straight hair than spiral-permy. I reckon Hayley's for the heave-ho next week.

'listless'?

I know - it's a bit of a reach....

'lethargic', of course.

I'll keep thinking.

Oh you are so right. I was screaming with laughter when Ribbons was singing. She did not hit one note spot on. Will is gonna win, lets face it. All he has to do next week with the big band is a Robbie impression and he will have sealed it.

An old favourite of mine is "Leepy". You have to say it in a cute childish voice though "I'm feeling leepy. Wanna go leep."
