Since installing SpamAssassin a few months ago (in order to screen my email a little), I've become increasingly obsessed with checking the scores it assigns each spam. Ironic, eh? So far, the highest score assigned to a spam I've been sent has been exactly 30 points. I received a 28.9 earlier today (which was possibly was even more spamlike) but it wasn't authored in frontpage even though it was html-only... had it been so, it'd have nudged it well into the thirties I reckon... sigh oh well.
For the record, any email with a score greater than or equal to five is considered spam (which is the default). You can add or modify rules to make certain aspects increase or decrease the score accordingly, but I've not actually gotten around to that yet, so the scores I mention represent a vanilla installation.
Anyway. I love my SpamAssassin. (but especially the little commentary it produces on why the offending mail is spam...) 8)
