Spent this evening transferring music and organising playlists on my iPod, as well as listening to some truly wonderful stuff I've not heard in years.
Changing the subject completely (well... more of a sidestep maybe, but...) this has to be one of the best slashdot comments I've read in a long while.
I get really het up about copyright issues at the moment; this new European legislation really depresses me, in so far as it proves, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that money really can buy the law these days. (Yes, I know that this has almost always been the case, but even so...)
Anyway, I digress: I'm reminded of a line in the Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy that defines the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation as: "A bunch of mindless jerks who'll be first against the wall when the revolution comes".
Drawing parallels and whatnot, I just hope I get to see the day... 8)
