I have just upgraded my home email system such that I now have a decent, non-buggy (well, less buggy, I hope!) imap server, a new MTA using maildir by default, and a webmail system (with SquirrelMail over https).
I have also categorised (and recategorised) several tens of thousands of emails. And not all automatically. It's taken me all bloody evening.
I don't think I ever want to see another email again.
Serves me right for leaving things to pile up I suppose...
