The trouble with setting yourself the task of writing big posts (that fill up the home page past the bottom 'archive' link) is that you rarely have the time or inclination to do so. Or you're too tired. Or you have nothing much to say. Or you have too much to say but can't write coherently. Or -- well, any number of things.
Either way, I've not been writing. At least, here. (And what I actually have been writing is very dull with hardly any jokes in at all).
To think, I started with such ambition after the last revamp! Big, long, interesting posts! Corbett-inspired anecdotes with feeble humour! Who knows what I might accomplish?
As it's pretty blatantly turned out: not much.
So I'm going back to go back to what I do best: Making inane comments about the contestants on reality-tv singing contests!
Not that anyone will care, but at least it'll keep me amused without being too onerous a task!
